Pioneering Employer 2025

We are proud to announce that DEME has been granted the title of ‘Baanbrekende Werkgever  2025’ (pioneering employer)! This is an initiative of Jobat, VDAB, AFAS Software and the Antwerp Management School. It creates a learning network of organizations aiming to develop and position themselves as sustainable and people-centered employers.
